Cura Community Connections is a healthcare innovation company developed from the healthcare consulting experience of Kubera Connections. Cura helps practices turn the care they are already providing into structured, scalable programs that strengthen chronic-disease management, patient access and continuity of care.
A healthcare solution backed by a decade of operational experience.
Kubera Connections has served the healthcare industry since 2015. Cura Community Connections was formed in 2025 after that experience revealed a repeatable opportunity: medical practices could deliver stronger chronic-care support while building sustainable care-management programs inside their own operations.
The concept grew from hands-on experience building a viable program inside a medical practice that generated more than $500,000 in revenue. Cura was created to take that operational knowledge and make it usable for other practices and communities.
